Powerful and reliable, the UK-made Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric oven range provides impressive cooking performance in any professional kitchen. Designed to be truly user-friendly and versatile, the oven features six powerful cooking rings across the top, giving you the option to fry, boil and simmer large pots and pans of food with precise control.
Underneath, the powerful 6kW double oven cavity offers generous cooking capacity behind the two side-opening double doors. And as the oven is fan assisted and double insulated, the range is quickly brought up to temperature – essential for when the doors are being opened as often as they can be in a busy kitchen. The fully pressed hob and vitreous enamelled hob sections are both designed to be very easy to clean – an essential time-saving feature in a large commercial kitchen.
