With six 1.85kW induction cooking zones across the top, the Lincat PHER01 has true commercial cooking performance. And if even more power is needed, each zone can be boosted up to 3kW when required. Either way, more energy is channelled directly into the cooking, rather than being wasted into the kitchen. This means a more comfortable working environment, as well as reduced running costs.

Below, the Lincat oven section delivers a full 6kW of fan-assisted cooking performance and can accommodate up to six full size (1/1) GN pans, so there’s plenty of capacity for busy pro kitchens such as care homes, schools or restaurants.
