Description
Improve the green footprint of your food-to-go service with these Fiesta Green compostable bagasse trays. These trays are made from recycled, waste sugarcane, which means they can be commercially composted along with food waste after use. This will help you and your customers to send less waste to landfill, instead turning your used packaging into nutrient-rich compost that’s used to grow plants.
And thanks to this waste material, the trays are far kinder to Earth’s natural resources than traditional polystyrene alternatives. So even if you can’t compost them, switching to these trays will still help you do that little bit more for the environment.
But that’s not all. Bagasse is highly heat and water-resistant too – so the trays can be safely used in ovens, microwaves and freezers for maximum flexibility when prepping and serving food. The breathable properties of bagasse also mean the trays won’t trap condensation. So your food will even stay crispier for longer when served in the trays!
