Matfer Bourgeat Stainless Steel 1/1 Gastronorm Tray 40mm

Whether you’re serving, cooking, storing or prepping food, the Matfer Bourgeat gastronorm pan is a premium choice for any professional kitchen.

Designed for strength and reliability, Matfer Bourgeat gastronorm pans are made from high grade 18/10 stainless steel. Not only does this give the pans a high quality polished appearance – this also adds longevity to the pans, with improved rust and corrosion resistance in comparison to traditional grade GN pans.

Matfer Bourgeat gastronorm pans also benefit from having an overhanging rim, making them particularly useful for slotting into buffet/service stations or straight into GN-compatible fridges, ovens and freezers. And as they are made from stainless steel, they are easy to clean too, and can even be placed in suitably-sized dishwashers and utensil washers if required.

This is a full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm pan with a depth of 20mm, providing a capacity of 3 litres when full.

Please note: sold singly. Lid sold separately. Available in a variety of sizes – please select from the drop-down menu.
